We have finally found the house we wanted in North Pattaya not too far from the Dolphin roundabout. The only downside is it’s opposite the Gem House so I have to keep the wife well away from there.

I wanted to mention the Real Estate Agent we used. Having heard a lot of scary things about some of the agents we finally called Simon at Pattaya Realty. Within a few hours he had assessed our requirements and showed us 3 different houses for rent in our budget and location range. We got NO hard sell just plenty of help and friendly advice. They even persuaded the owner to change the main room’s furniture as the wife didn’t like it (they quite literally GAVE her 20,000 to go buy a sofa of her choice).
